NOTICE OF SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING

To all members (bowls, cricket & social):

Notice is hereby given that a Special General Meeting of the Rondebosch Sports Club will be held on Thursday, 5 November 2020 at 19h00 at the Club to consider and adopt amendments to the Club’s constitution.

For your convenience, we annex a draft of the proposed amended constitution for your perusal together with the meeting agenda.

In the event that you are unable to attend the meeting, we enclose a proxy form for your completion and return to the Club manager by no later than Wednesday, 28 October 2020 at 16H00.
